This notice explains how ReBalance Solutions Ltd (“ReBalance”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you visit this website or join our waitlist.
Who we are
ReBalance Solutions Ltd is the data controller for your personal data. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17498163), with our registered office at 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under registration number [ICO registration number].

What we collect
If you join our waitlist, we collect:
- your first name
- your email address
- the date you signed up
We do not ask for any information about your income, debts or other finances on this website.
How we use it
We use your first name and email address only to send you updates about ReBalance, including when we launch. We will not sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Our lawful basis
We rely on your consent, which you give when you join the waitlist. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email we send, or by emailing us.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run this website and send emails, and they process your data only on our instructions:
- MailerLite, which stores waitlist sign-ups and sends our emails
- Netlify, which hosts this website
Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK–US data bridge or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google when you visit.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist details until you unsubscribe, or for up to 12 months after ReBalance launches, whichever comes first. After that, we delete them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- withdraw your consent at any time
- object to or restrict how we use it

Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as ReBalance develops. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
